Chocolate Peanut Ice Cream
Chocolate and peanut - this combination is simply divine. Especially as creamy ice cream it can captivate and convince even the most skeptical people. With this recipe you can make yourself a chocolate peanut ice cream - well, if you take it exactly it is a Nice Cream. However, cocoa and peanut butter are such intense flavors that they can easily mask the banana. But if you still want to be on the safe side and make sure you don't have any banana flavor in it, you can also partially or completely replace the bananas with frozen avocados. These will also give a creamy consistency, you will need to add more Erythritol though, to compensate for the lack of sweetness. Mixing in nuts and cocoa nibs gives the ice cream just the right crunch in between, making it even better than before - we didn't think that was possible either. You don't need an ice cream maker, so enjoy!
