The smell of coffee and freshly baked bread - that's the perfect start to the day! But buns are the enemy of any diet ... aren't they? Try our vegan fitness rolls! Our BIO Vegan Protein Mix replaces part of the flour, thus ensuring a higher protein content and longer satiety. But you can also use one of our other tasteless proteins instead, they all give you the benefits of a protein shake in the form of a roll. If you choose a whole grain variant of flour, they provide even more valuable nutrients.
Tip: You can also let the dough rise overnight in the refrigerator, then you just have to shape and bake the rolls in the morning!

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. At the beginning, chop the pumpkin seeds a little and then stir and knead all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape the mixture into a ball and let rise, covered, for about an hour.
  2. Form small balls and let rest a bit more while preheating the oven to 200°C.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
