Pancakes are the classic among unhealthy breakfast recipes. Or rather – they used to be! With this recipe you can eat pancakes for breakfast every day without feeling guilty! They are sweetened with our organic date sugar, which consists of 100% gently dried and ground dates. This preserves the vitamins and minerals and, unlike other sweeteners, is also full of fiber! With one of our vegan protein powders, the pancakes keep you full for longer, and with ORGANIC Matcha and chocolate chips, the combination is perfect. By the way - the apple cider vinegar it contains reacts with the baking powder and ensures that the pancakes are really fluffy, even without using an egg! A real insider tip!
