Green Pasta Salad
for 4 servings
- Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain the water and let cool.
- Mix brokkoli powder, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and garlic powder with water or fond in a big bowl. Adjust texture by adding more liquid or brokkoli.
- Cut the veggies and tomatoes in smaller piesces.
- Add all the ingredients together and mix. Season to taste.
