Healthy Iced Chocolate
You sit in a café with an ice chocolate in your hand and enjoy the beautiful weather - this is what summer feels like! So that you don't have to do without all of this, here is our recipe for healthy, vegan ice chocolate! Instead of the classic vanilla ice cream ball, there is Nice Cream, which is made from frozen bananas! So you can do without an ice machine here! The whole thing is sweetened with ORGANIC date sugar and ORGANIC erythritol, both of which are great alternatives to classic household sugar. Our ORGANIC cocoa tastes incredibly chocolaty and is much healthier than ready-made mixtures from the supermarket!

- First, make a nice cream by mashing the frozen banana with date sugar and vanilla in a food processor. If necessary, add a little more plant-based milk.
- For the cold cocoa you only have to dissolve the ORGANIC cocoa powder with erythritol in the cold milk.
- Pour the cocoa into a glass and add the Nice Cream and a reusable straw.
- Top the ice chocolate with the whipped cream and decorate it with cocoa nibs.
