Lemon cake is just perfect in summer - the sour note ensures optimal refreshment. This recipe comes from the nutritionist Debbie-Kristin Schaller and is health optimized. The healthy nut base is a great alternative to the classic shortcrust pastry and the addition of our BIO turmeric has anti-inflammatory and stomach-calming effects. It also ensures the pretty, golden color of the filling. Instead of the agave syrup you can also use our organic erythritol.

for 12 servings
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients for the dough until homogenous.
- Press the dough into an oiled tarte pan.
- Bake the dough at 180°C for 20 min. Let cool.
- Add the ingredients for the filling into a pot and cook until thickened, while stirring constantly.
- Pour the filling into the dough and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Enjoy!
